Welcome to Mongol-Kino（mongol-kino.com）streaming service. Please read the following terms carefully before using the platform. By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this agreement.
Article 1
1Service Description
Mongol-Kino(hereinafter "the Platform") is operated by Mongol-Kino as an online video streaming platform providing licensed content.
The Platform offers the following service models:
- Single Purchase: Users can purchase individual titles for a limited-time personal viewing license. The validity period is as shown on the purchase page.
- VIP Membership: Users can purchase VIP membership plans of various durations to access the VIP content library. Specific benefits are as described in the plan details.
- Pre-order: Users can pre-pay for upcoming content and receive viewing access automatically upon release.
Price adjustments: The Platform reserves the right to adjust pricing. For price increases, at least 7 days advance notice will be given on the homepage or in the account center. During the notice period, users may renew at the original price or cancel. Functional improvements and content adjustments are not subject to this notice requirement.
Article 2
2Account Registration & Security
- Users must register with a phone number or email and ensure the information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Each user may register only one account. Bulk registration, trading, renting, or transferring accounts in any form is prohibited. Violating accounts may be cancelled without refund.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials (including passwords and verification codes). The user bears all responsibility for security issues caused by their own negligence.
- If you discover a security risk or unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately. We may freeze or restrict the account as a protective measure.
- The Platform reserves the right to review abnormal accounts and take measures such as restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts when violations are found.
Article 3
3Payment & Refund Policy
💱 All prices on this platform are in Mongolian Tugrik (₮) , with a reference conversion to Chinese Yuan (¥) shown for reference only. The actual amount charged is based on the payment channel's exchange rate on the day of payment.
Payment methods:
- All payments are processed through HiPay. Users must comply with the applicable payment channel's terms of service.
- All prices are as displayed at checkout in real time.
Refund policy:
- Due to the nature of digital content, once a user has watched more than 20 minutes in total or watched more than one-third of the total runtime (whichever is less), refunds are generally not available.
- Eligible refund cases: Content that failed to launch or was removed by the platform before the user reached the viewing threshold; duplicate charges due to payment system errors; presale content that exceeded the promised launch date and the user requested cancellation.
- Refund requests should be submitted to customer support. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, typically within 3-7 business days.
- VIP membership that has been used (logged in and played content) is non-refundable. If unused within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund may be requested via customer support.
Article 4
4User Conduct
When using this platform, users must comply with the following rules:
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activities.
- Do not copy, distribute, or disseminate any platform content by any technical means (including but not limited to screen recording, downloading, cracking, or decompiling).
- Do not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the platform or scrape content.
- Do not share, sell, or otherwise provide paid content to unauthorized third parties.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable burden on the platform's servers or network.
- Do not circumvent or attempt to circumvent concurrent streaming limits, regional restrictions, or other technical protection measures.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination. Serious violations may result in legal action.
Article 5
5Intellectual Property & Copyright
- All content, trademarks, logos, UI designs, source code, and related intellectual property on this platform are legally protected and owned by the Platform or its content licensors.
- Users purchase a personal viewing license only, not ownership of the content or any transfer of intellectual property rights.
- Without written authorization from the Platform or the rights holder, no one may copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise commercialize the Platform's content.
- If you believe any content on this platform infringes your rights, please notify us using the contact information at the end of this agreement.
Article 6
6Content Management & Takedown Rights
The Platform retains full content management rights over all titles in the library, including but not limited to:
- License expiry: When a title's license expires, the Platform may remove it from the library without prior notice.
- Compliance: The Platform may immediately remove content due to legal requirements, regulatory directives, or rights holder requests, without prior notice.
- Content review: The Platform may remove content it deems unsuitable, including for reasons of quality, nature, or user feedback.
- Business adjustments: The Platform may adjust the library structure, add, remove, or change access conditions for content due to operational adjustments, strategic changes, or other legitimate business reasons.
Compensation for purchased content that is removed:
- If a user has purchased a rental for a title that is removed due to a business decision by the Platform (not legal/compliance reasons) and the user has more than 7 days remaining, the Platform will provide proportional compensation via coupons or extended access to other titles.
- For removals due to reasons beyond the Platform's control (such as license expiry or legal compliance), the Platform has no compensation obligation but will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users in advance.
- VIP library content may change at any time. Membership grants access to the library during the plan period, not permanent access to any specific title.
Article 7
7Service Availability
- The Platform strives to maintain stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation.
- The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, system maintenance, or force majeure, but will restore service as soon as possible.
- One account can be logged in on multiple devices, but concurrent streams are limited by your current plan. When the limit is exceeded, you must stop playback on other devices.
- The Platform may impose regional access restrictions on specific content based on licensing scope.
Article 8
8Account Termination
Voluntary cancellation:
- Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting support. After cancellation, credentials and personal data are handled per the Privacy Policy and viewing rights cannot be restored. Unused benefits expire upon cancellation without refund, except as required by law.
Termination for violations:
- If an account is terminated for violations of this agreement (including but not limited to account sharing, content piracy, or fraud), paid but unused benefits will not be refunded.
Platform-initiated service termination:
- If the Platform ceases operations, at least 30 days advance notice will be given, and proportional refunds will be issued based on remaining validity periods.
Inactive accounts:
- If inactive for 24 months with no login activity and no active paid benefits, the Platform may cancel the account after 14 days' notice.

9Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Content on this platform is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
- The Platform is not responsible for playback quality issues caused by the user's own device performance or network conditions.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
- The Platform is not directly liable for fee disputes arising from third-party payment channels but will assist users in contacting the relevant payment provider.
- The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or large-scale cyberattacks).
Article 10
10Agreement Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to modify this agreement. Updates will be published on this page with the latest date and communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance. Users who disagree should stop using the service before the changes take effect and may request account cancellation.
Article 11
11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- This agreement is governed by the current laws of Mongolia.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in Mongolia.
