Viewing Rules
This tells you whether content is free to watch, requires membership, a rental, or a presale.

Free
No membership or rental needed. Watch directly.
VIP Plan
Members watch for free. Non-members can rent if rentals are available.
Single Purchase
Even members must purchase separately. Typically for new releases or featured titles.
Pre-order
Pay to reserve. Access activates automatically on release. Cannot watch before then.
Some titles automatically change rules — from presale to rental to VIP library. Check the content page for switch times.
Rentals, Presales & Concurrent Streams
Three key points: how long you can watch, when it starts, and how many devices can stream at once.
Access Limits
Single Purchase
Timer starts from payment. Default period: 9 days. If the title still requires rental after expiry, you'll need to purchase again.
Pre-order
After presale payment, wait for official release to watch. Access is granted automatically. Default period: 15 days.
Concurrent Logins & Streams
One account can be logged in on multiple devices, but concurrent streams depend on your current plan. When exceeded, new streams are blocked until others stop.
VIP Plan
Repurchasing extends rather than replaces your access period. Membership covers the VIP library, not all content.

One coupon can redeem one title. Default validity: 15 days. Non-transferable. Can be used for rentals and presales. See the coupon for exact terms.
Membership Expiry Reminder
By default, a reminder is sent 7 / 1 days before expiry.
Rental Expiry Reminder
By default, a reminder is sent 24 hours before expiry, and only for titles you haven't finished.
Presale Launch Reminder
When presale content launches, a reminder is sent according to your notification preferences (in-app, email, or SMS).
